We do NOT provide job guarantees, immigration representation, or visa approvals

We are a consultation & documentation service, not a government agency.

2. No Visa Guarantees

Visa decisions are made only by embassies/governments.

Vmigrant does not guarantee:

• Visa approval
• Interview outcomes
• Faster processing
• Appointment availability

We ensure your documents, file, formatting, and preparation meet embassy expectations to improve the chances of approval.

3. Eligibility & User Responsibilities

By using our services, you confirm that:

• All information you provide is accurate
• All documents belong to you or your sponsor
• You have the legal right to use the documents you submit
• You will not provide forged or misleading documents

Providing false information may result in immediate termination of service.

4. Payment Terms

• All payments must be made in full before service begins.
• State fees, government fees, and third-party fees are not included unless specified.
• Prices may change without notice.
• Some services may require installment plans (where available).

Vmigrant reserves the right to refuse service in case of incomplete or fraudulent payment details.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed according to our official Refund Policy, available on a separate page.

In general:

• Government/state fees are non-refundable
• Services already delivered (documents, filings, RA setup, applications, etc.) cannot be refunded
• If Vmigrant cannot begin the work, a partial or full refund may be considered

6. U.S. Company Formation Disclaimer

By using our LLC services, you acknowledge

• Vmigrant is not a law firm or tax firm
• We do not provide legal or tax advice
• We assist with formation and documentation only
• Government processing times may vary
• EIN issuance is controlled by IRS
• Bank account approval depends entirely on the bank’s KYC policies

Vmigrant is not responsible for:

• IRS delays
• Bank rejections
• State government changes
• Compliance failures if you do not follow provided instructions

7. Registered Agent Service

• Registered Agent service is provided for one year with LLC packages
• Renewal is required to maintain compliance
• Failure to renew may cause your LLC to fall out of good standing
• RA address cannot be used as your business address (virtual address is separate)

8. Virtual Address Service

Our virtual address service includes:

• Mail reception
• Mail scanning
• Government/banking correspondence

It does NOT include:

• Physical office use
• Walk-in services
• Phone number service (unless stated)

Forwarding charges apply where necessary.

9. Use of Website Content

All content on this website, including:

• Text
• Images
• Guides
• Templates
• Checklists
• Training material

is the property of Vmigrant and cannot be copied, reproduced, distributed, or reused without written permission.

10. Third-Party Services

We may link to or assist with third-party platforms such as:

• U.S. banks
• State portals
• IRS
• Immigration portals
• Payment processors

Vmigrant is not responsible for actions or decisions of third-party companies.

11. Limitation of Liability

• Decisions made by banks, IRS, or state agencies
• Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the user

Our responsibility is limited to the services purchased and delivered.
