1. General Refund Principles
Vmigrant offers service-based work, not physical products.
Refunds are not guaranteed once work has started.
Refunds may be processed only if:
- Work has not yet begun, OR
- A service cannot be delivered due to a Vmigrant-related issue
Refunds are not available for work already completed.
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following are strictly non-refundable:
A. Government fees
- U.S. state filing fees
- IRS EIN processing delays
- Visa appointment fees
- Embassy charges
- Biometrics fees
B. Third-party fees
- Registered Agent fee
- Virtual address fee
- State annual report fee
- Bank processing charges
- Courier or mailing fees
C. Digital deliverables
Once delivered, the following are non-refundable
- Visa cover letters
- SOPs / Sponsor letters
- Document checklists
- Templates
- Strategy plans
- Refusal analysis
- Application filling
- Consultation calls
- Prepared LLC documents (Articles, Operating Agreement, etc.)
D. Services partially or fully completed
If Vmigrant has already completed any portion of the work, refunds will not apply.
3. Visa Services Refund Policy
Because we cannot influence embassy decisions:
Visa refusals are not eligible for refunds.
Refunds are not available for:
- Visa rejection
- Change of mind
- Change of travel plan
- Delayed embassy processing
- Appointment issues
- Misrepresentation or incorrect documents from the client
Refunds may be considered only if no work has started on your file.
4. U.S. Company Formation Refund Policy
Refunds cannot be issued once::
- Your LLC has been filed with the state
- Registered agent service has been activated
- EIN application has been submitted
- Virtual address has been activated
- BOI filing has been completed
Refunds may be possible only if:
Work has not yet started, AND No filings / documents / RA setup have been done.
A small administrative deduction may apply.
5. Consultation Fees
Paid consultations (phone/WhatsApp/video) are non-refundable once completed.
If you cancel a consultation before the scheduled time, it may be rescheduled.
6. Service Delivery Conditions
Refunds are not applicable when:
- You fail to provide required documents
- You delay responses for more than 15 days
- You provide false or misleading information
- You submit forged documents
- You violate our Terms & Conditions
7. Refund Request Process
To request a refund

- Subject: Refund Request – [Your Name]
Please include:
- Name
- Email used for purchase
- Receipt or transaction ID
- Service purchased
- Reason for refund request
Refund requests are reviewed within 7–10 business days.
8. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed via:
- Bank transfer
- Credit/debit card
- Online payment method (same as original payment)
Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider.
9. Special Cases
Vmigrant may offer partial or discretionary refunds in exceptional situations.
This is evaluated case-by-case and is not guaranteed.
10. Vmigrant’s Right to Refuse Refunds
Vmigrant reserves the right to reject refund requests if:
- Work has already started
- Work has already been delivered
- Terms & Conditions were violated
- Fraudulent claims are identified
